Melinda Pimentel is the CEO and co-owner of Aggieland Houses, where she leads the management of residential and commercial properties, community associations, and real estate investments throughout the Brazos Valley. With a background in accounting, finance, contract administration, and operations, Melinda brings a unique blend of business expertise and hands-on industry experience to every client relationship.

Since joining Aggieland Houses in 2015, she has helped guide the company’s growth from a small property management firm into a trusted provider of residential, commercial, and association management services. Holding both the CMCA® and AMS® designations, Melinda is known for her attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to protecting her clients’ investments as if they were her own.

Above all, Melinda believes successful property management is built on trust, communication, and lasting relationships. Her passion for serving property owners, communities, tenants, and investors continues to drive Aggieland Houses’ mission of providing professional, dependable management and peace of mind.

Kelsey was born and raised in Navasota, TX. She’s worked for Aggieland Houses since November 2016. The number-one lesson her parents taught her was to love what you do. Kelsey can honestly say she is extremely passionate about her career! When she is not working, Kelsey enjoys playing catch with her son, walking their fur-baby, Marty and spending time with family and friends.
