Melinda joined Aggieland Houses in February 2015 as a property manager and has worked her way to a partnership as CEO. She brings with her 28+ years of finance and business management experience. In 2017 Melinda earned her Real Estate Sales Agent License with the Texas Real Estate Commission and then joined the Bryan-College Station Regional Association of REALTORS®. When Aggieland Houses ventured into the property association management business in 2018, Melinda earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations designation from Community Associations Institute. In 2020 she earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS) Professional Credential. She continually seeks professional development to advance in her career and for the betterment of Aggieland Houses.
Melinda is the proud mother of two young adults and 3 fur babies. Melinda loves living her life loving on her family and all her “babies” and is totally consumed by her grandbaby, Zayden. |

Kelsey was born and raised in Navasota, TX. She’s worked for Aggieland Houses since November 2016. The number-one lesson her parents taught her was to love what you do. Kelsey can honestly say she is extremely passionate about her career! When she is not working, Kelsey enjoys playing catch with her son, walking their fur-baby, Marty and spending time with family and friends.
